Marco Troper cause of death

Marco Troper, a student of the University of California, Berkeley, has been found dead by a colleague student in their housing complex. His was 19, and was admitted to the school just recently. Marco Troper cause of death, according to his family, is a suspected drug overdose.

The unresponsive student was found on Tuesday, February 13. He was the son of former YouTube CEO, Susan Wojcicki.

Troper’s death was confirmed and announced by his grandmother, Esther Wojcicki, in a Facebook post, a day after his unresponsive body was found.

“Tragedy hit my family yesterday. My beloved grandson Marco Troper, age 19 passed away yesterday. Our family is devastated beyond comprehension,” part of the post read.

She added further that “Marco was the most kind, loving, smart, fun and beautiful human being. He was just getting starting on his second semester of his freshman year at UC Berkeley majoring in math and was truly loving it. He had a strong community of friends from his dorm at Stern Hall and his fraternity Zeta Psi and was thriving academically.  At home, he would tell us endless stories of his life and friends at Berkeley.”

“Marco’s life was cut too short. And we are all devastated, thinking about all the opportunities and life experiences that he will miss and we will miss together. Marco, we all love you and miss you more than you will ever know, Esther concluded in a grief-themed tone.

Cause of death of Marco Troper

Marco Troper’s grandmother, while speaking to SF Gate, revealed that his grandson died as a result of drug overdose. She added however, that they are still waiting for a toxicology report from the Coroner’s department which could take up to 30 days.

“He ingested a drug, and we don’t know what was in it,” Esther indicated.
