Terry Gene Bollea, known popularly by his ring name, Hulk Hogan is an American retired professional wrestler, born on August 11, 1953, in Augusta, Georgia, United States.

He is widely regarded as the most recognized wrestling star worldwide and also the most popular wrestler of the 1980s.

He is also recognized as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time.

Early Life

Hulk Hogan was still a baby, when his family relocated to Tampa, Florida. Since then, Hulk has tagged Florida to be his home.

Young Terry picked special interest in baseball, and was said to have attracted professional big league talent scouts as a Little Leaguer, but as with many other professional wrestlers an injury ended his career in more traditional sports.

At the age of 16, Hulk started professional wrestling, a journey that would later change his life and the entire wrestling world.

Personal Life

Hulk married Linda Claridge in December of 1983. They have two children together, a daughter Brook and a son Nick Hogan.

Rumors of Hulk’s infidelity later surfaced, forcing Linda to file for divorce in 2007.
At the time of this controversy, Hogan’s personal net worth was $30 million, including investments in several businesses and real estate around Florida.

During his contentious divorce proceedings with Linda, Hulk was ultimately forced to fork over 70% of the couple’s liquid assets, $3 million in cash to cover property settlements and a 40% ownership stake in his various business entities.

In December 2010, Hulk walked down the aisle with Jennifer McDaniel.
Their relationship dates back to 2008.
